as if you are floating with it. This requires you to use your
imagination at first.
1. Settle your body into stillness while lying in your bed
2. Begin bringing awareness to your breath as it flows in and out of your body.
3. Now use your imagination and imagine you are floating with your breath. Just as if you are floating on your breath, in and out of your body.
4. Continue floating in and out with your breath and allow your mind to settle into stillness.
Continue for as long as you like or until you fall asleep.
