Meditation is the road to enlightenment with increased emotional stability and improved relationships. It builds self-confidence, develops will power and increases one’s perceptual ability with focus and concentration. It increases the sense of responsibility by helping in quitting smoking and alcohol addiction, and reduces dependency on drugs and pills. It improves one’s listening skills, learning ability and memory.
Life is become so much fast that every now and then one can hear each other's voice, it seems as if we are running continuously running around this materialistic world. This world offers us riches in the form of bait to attract us and ultimately we found our self in the cow web from where might be we can physically pass by once we are dead but who knows may be mentally, emotionally or what we usually call in lay man language our "AATMA" remain here roaming from one place to another.
